Ross became the butt of social media's joke after doing an interview with GQ and downplaying 50's success with his Power empire. While speaking on the BMF series, Ross said during the interview, “I know he made $250K off the whole season, and that’s good. Tell him I said, ‘Congratulations.'” In response, one person said, “Officer @RickRoss is bragging about @50cent’s show’s generated revenue yet his album sales were only 30k!! FLAVOR FLAV RECALLS NEAR-DEATH CAR ACCIDENT: Flavor Flav has shared the story of his recent accident where a boulder fell while he was driving through a canyon and totaled his car. On Tuesday (December 14th), while driving through La Tuna Canyon in California, the rapper had a near-death accident, but walked away with no bodily injuries. He told Kevin Frazier on Entertainment Tonight, “Right now, I’m still traumatized. Bro, I’m seeing flashbacks. I’m seeing flashbacks like crazy right now. When I went to go to sleep last night, that’s all I kept seeing was that big rock falling in front of my car.” He continued, “God is good. THE ROOTS BASSIST LEONARD 'HUB' HUBBARD DIES AT AGE 62: According to ABC6 Philadelphia, The Roots' longtime bassist, Leonard “Hub” Hubbard has reportedly died. Hubbard, who had been battling cancer for years, was taken to the hospital by his wife on Wednesday (December 15th) after he couldn't move all of a sudden. Things took a turn and Hubbard passed away. His wife was unable to stay with him at the hospital due to COVID-19.
